How our payment policy works
You can review our scope and price before deciding to use our service. We prepare the application, coordinate the agreed passport submission and return, and collect payment after your visa and passport are back in your hands. You do not pay our service fee in advance to begin the standard service.
For our standard adult tourist-visa service, the service fee is $200 per applicant, including digital visa-photo preparation. The government visa fee is a separate charge. For a U.S. citizen applying for an ordinary visa with regular service, the currently published consular fee is $140. Your written quote identifies both amounts and any optional costs.
Know when and why your passport is needed
- Start with documents. We send the preparation checklist and upload instructions. You keep your original passport during the initial document-preparation stage.
- Wait for the submission stage. We confirm the online status and which originals are required before arranging a handoff.
- Confirm the meeting. Seattle and Eastside customers can discuss local handoff, including Bellevue. Confirm the time and location with us before leaving home.
- Receive your passport, then pay. After collection and the agreed return, check your issued visa and settle the itemized charges.
For travel outside the local handoff area, discuss the submission and return arrangements before sending an original document. If you need your passport for another trip, tell us before the handoff.
What the policy does and does not cover
This is our payment timing for the service, not a promise that a consulate will approve an application. Government fees remain separate from our private service fee. Our standard workflow settles the service fee and applicable visa-fee reimbursement after return; the written quote should also identify any delivery, translation, express, or other third-party costs.
If a case is withdrawn, refused, or requires work outside the agreed scope, ask us to confirm the applicable charges and passport-return arrangements in writing. This page does not promise a refund of government fees or waive third-party expenses.
