Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry, we use the name, email address, and information you provide to respond and help with your requested visa service. Please do not enter passport numbers or other sensitive documents in the public inquiry form. Booking through Calendly opens a separate service with its own privacy notice.

Optional analytics cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, scrolls, downloads, contact clicks, form starts, successful inquiries, and booking-link clicks. Google processes browser and device information and cookie identifiers to provide these reports. We do not send inquiry names, emails, passport details, or message contents to Google Analytics, and we do not enable Google signals or personalized advertising for this analytics setup.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline without affecting the inquiry form or visa service. Use “Cookie settings / Privacy” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops future Analytics collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies where accessible. Your preference is stored in your browser.
