Privacy, document security, and analytics

Our document privacy commitment
Protecting your passport, documents, and personal information is our top priority. We make these commitments to every client:
- Comprehensive team training. Every member of our team has completed comprehensive training in privacy protection and the secure handling of passports and personal documents.
- Used only for your visa application. Any document you send us is used only to prepare and submit your visa application, such as completing the online application and submitting it to the consulate. We will never distribute, share, or leak your documents for any other purpose.
- You can delete your files. Once your application is complete, you can delete your personal information from the Google Drive folder used for your application at any time.
Information you send us
When you submit an inquiry, we use the name, email address, and information you provide to respond and help with your requested visa service. Please do not enter passport numbers or other sensitive documents in the public inquiry form. Booking through Calendly opens a separate service with its own privacy notice.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, contact clicks, form starts, and successful inquiries. Google processes browser and device information and cookie identifiers to provide these reports and measure advertising. We do not send inquiry names, emails, passport details, or message contents to Google Analytics. Google signals and personalized advertising remain disabled in this setup.
With the same permission, the Reddit Pixel measures page visits and successfully delivered inquiries to attribute results to Reddit ads. Reddit processes browser/device information, visited page URLs, Reddit ad click IDs, and cookie identifiers. We do not pass inquiry contents or contact details to Reddit, and automatic email/phone matching and enhanced page metadata sharing are disabled.
When you submit an inquiry, we attach non-personal campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign, and ad content to the request. We retain these labels in session storage while you browse this site. These labels appear with the inquiry delivered to our team so we can understand which campaign produced it. We do not attach the contents of unrelated URL parameters.
Google Analytics and Reddit Pixel are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline without affecting the inquiry form or visa service. Use “Cookie settings / Privacy” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops future Google Analytics and Reddit event collection and removes this site's measurement cookies where accessible. Your preference is stored in your browser.

您在咨询表单中提供的信息仅用于回复咨询和协助办理您所需的签证服务。请勿在公开咨询表单中填写护照号码或敏感证件信息。Calendly 预约服务适用其独立的隐私说明。
经您允许后，我们使用 Google Analytics Cookie 统计访问来源、页面浏览、联系方式点击、表单开始填写和成功咨询，并衡量广告效果。不会向 Google Analytics 发送您的姓名、邮箱、护照信息或咨询正文。本次分析设置不启用 Google signals 或个性化广告。
经同意后，Reddit Pixel 统计页面访问和成功送达的咨询，以衡量 Reddit 广告效果。Reddit 会处理浏览器和设备信息、访问页面网址、广告点击 ID 及 Cookie 标识符。我们不会向 Reddit 发送咨询内容或联系方式，且已关闭自动邮箱、电话匹配和页面元数据收集。
提交咨询时，来源、媒介、广告活动及广告内容等非个人广告标签会随咨询发送给我们的团队，帮助判断咨询来自哪个广告。这些标签会在本站浏览期间保存在会话存储中。其他网址参数不会附加到咨询中。
