When the L visa fits

Current U.S. tourist-document context

Official U.S. consular guidance says that, from January 1, 2024, L-visa applicants within the United States are generally no longer required to submit round-trip flight bookings, hotel reservations, an itinerary, or an invitation letter. Applications remain case-specific, so the online system or consulate may ask for other material.
